• Liaising with relevant treating professionals (such as your GP, Occupational Therapist, specialist or teacher) with your consent

• Liaising with Medicare, private health funds, the NDIS, plan managers or insurers where required

Your information is only used for purposes directly related to your care and the operation of the practice. We do not disclose personal information to overseas recipients.
